hello, last year, I refinanced my home. now, my mortgage was sold to another company. hence, this company sends threatening letters regarding losing my home. Late charges are added after 10th of a month and I can't get the payment in before the 10th, but I do send the payment in each month, including the late fees, and am not behind in my payments. I have requested that my due date be changed, but refused. how to stop this harassment?
