I want to discuss my case with you and hope you can give me suitable advice. I have been in a 5 year Ch 13 plan for 2 1/2 years. Due to an inheritance, I have increased the equity position in my home. If I use this equity to prepay the plan, can unsecured creditors (30% in plan) claim the other 70%?
