I wanted to buy a .it (italy based domain name) and i bought it from a website which claimed to be offering help to register such domains.

As per laws, a person who is outside italy can not buy a domain from this extension. This company offered a solution in which they would act on my behalf and register the domain.

They have not replied to my emails and have already charged my card. The domain is not yet registered.

What action can i take ?
