Recently, I was cited in an accident and my adjuster said insurance won't pay for an attorney until I get sued. Is this true? Will saying I want to push for 50-50 comparative negligence allow me to get an attorney? Or do I have to say I want to sue the other party? Your opinion or thoughts please!
