Hi people,
I went to the doctor for a repetitive motion injury, it was worker's comp. The doctor filed a claim. My employer's insurance company investigated by conducting a telephone interview with me. Then the insurance company sent me a letter with the line: "Information obtained during our investigation fails to establish your injury is compensably related to your work activities with company."
Could someone please explain what the phrase "compensably related" means? I couldn't find it anywhere.
Thanks!
