i was encouraged to give my child up for adoption to my husband's aunt. whom could not have any more children. but nothing was ever made legal. recently we visit at their home first time. but i came to know that they have no money and they live in a mobile home, which shocked me. now i want my daughter back, i wish to give her all the facilities that my other children enjoys. so, what right's do i have? plz advice. thank you!

as you said that the adoption was not legal or in fact did not take place. so, you can retain an attorney and file for custody. best of luck!
