a year ago, my wife suffered a workers injury, and currently on permanent disability. she has not been able to get back to work and receiving disability payments for a certain period. she is waiting for Social Sercurity benefits to start. i have been helping with her personal bills. We have a pre-nuptual agreement, w/o any reference to diability of a spouse and alimony payments in the event of a divorce. We are currently discussing divorce. i am currently paying child support for kids. Would she be entitled to any kind of spousal support, in the event i goes through with the divorce?

i dont think she will be entitled to any spousal support under such condition. not sure.
