Default what recourse i have now?

Hi people,
Few months back, I was in a vehicle accident outside of work and was disabled to work with doctor's excuse. My employer will not return the proper paper work to verify my employment and wages to my insurance company. They will try him again next week, but must have this info to pay my wages. Now, I have lost my job over this and am now seeking employment. What recourse do I have for my employers behavior?

Unfortunetly your employer isn't obligated to provide that information to your insurance company.
