Hello people,
Recently, a car hit my house and knocked the front porch off of it's brick foundation. There is a large crack in the inside wall of the basement. Also, there is a large crack running down the outside wall on the side of the porch where she hit the porch. Will insurance cover the damage to the structure?

The driver who had her license pulled, was driving on her thirty day grace period. Will her car insurance cover the expense?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

First of all, there is no such thing as a 30 day grace period. If she does have insurance, it will pay up to the property damage limit that she paid for. If she does not have insurance, contact your homeowners insurance company.
