Hi everyone,
I have a claim with the city as a public power poll fell on my car. It was parked on the street. But it has been 3 months now from the date i made the claim. and when i call the lady about my claim she always tells me that (cpp) cant find it. What can i do to make this go faster and how long can they keep this run around going?

Carry the copy of the police report you got when you called the cops after this accident happened down to city hall and ask who it is you have to file a complaint with.
