I had a partnership with my aunt for some time. it was the 50-50 agreement but was never in written form. later we decided to dissolve the partnership. During our partnership, one of our listing has not been sold yet. She said that since I've put in a lot of effort in this listing, and that I still deserved to split the commission. later on, the listing has a price dropped. then the listing was relisted on the market with a new expiration. when the listing went sale pending. I talked to her again, but she denies my 50% split on the listing side commission. her argument was that the original listing contract had expired. Can she legally deny splitting with me?
