Hello guys,
My HOA is taking me to Small Claims court for nonpayment. I never received the bill. Please advice what my chances are of prevailing in court by claiming that i never received the bill? Or should i settle it by paying the dues plus the attorney fees of $150 before the court date?

Poated in wrong forum. Anyway, pay the bill. You can defend by saying that you did not know of the dues. I would guess that fact was pointed out when you bought the residence and the HOA has a signed agreement. Not receiving a bill is not just cause to have a legitimate debt erased.
