Default minors and verbal contracts?
Hello friends,
I am here to know if minors can make a verbal contract and can they be wintnesses to a verbal contract? Please reply with some useful info.

A verbal contract is worth about as much as the piece of paper upon which they are not written, so it doesn't matter if it is minor or major!
