I signed an agreement to work with a company to develop a product regarding the specified payment consideration for participation. Now after 11 months, things are falling apart, and no payments have been received. I never received a copy of the agreement even after several requests. I am wondering if the lack of delivery of the signed agreement somehow does void the agreement? What you say?
