Default bond posting?

hello all there,
In some Agreements or Contracts, there is a sentence that says "one is entitled to seek for immediate injunctive relief or any other equitable relief without posting a bond, and without necessity of showing actual monetary
damages." , and some that says "one needs to post a certain bond"

plz suggest why can one seek for injunctive relief without a bond? which state doesn't require a bond to seek injunctive releif? also, what is the risk for both party to put or not, this sentence in the agreements/Contracts?

Please, answer. I really need help.
Thank you.
