My company is filing for bankruptcy, but an employee telling previous employees about what's going on with the company, and also to the other employees. We would like for her to sign a confidential letter stating that she is not allowed to give out the info to any employee. Can I get her to sign it? Is it possible in some way? Please help us guys.

First of all, bankruptcy is public information and i guess there is no such form available.
