plz advice, if employees that were not provided claim forms or paid out, have legitimate case to file claims after final creditor date by the courts. We were never provided any paperwork, disclosure info etc. I filed a claim after the deadline. do I need to do something else?

hi, my advice will be to contact the attorney for the unofficial committee of unsecured creditors. they will be better able to inform you of the progress of the case and of whether you need to file a proof of claim etc.
