Default tax issues after bankruptcy?

hi guys,
i am running a little store of clothing. but because of losses i am planing to close it. so plz assist if i can run the gob sale and then file for bankruptcy or not? what about back sales taxes and workers compensation taxes? Its an S corporation.

you must know that you have personal responsibility for sales taxes and for failure to make required worker's compensation insurance or tax payments. You could even face criminal charges for intentional failures. so, talk to an attorney.
