Default converting LLC to S corp!
I have an LLC, started when I didn't have a permanent residency status. Now that I am a permanent US resident, so wana convert my existing LLC to S Corp. What is the best way to do this without paying the registration fee? please help. thank you!

try to create the corporation, transfer the LLC's assets to the corporation, and then dissolve the LLC. hope that will help.
