I am looking for a simple form for a general partnership release. This is for a very small business in which no partnership agreement was drawn up or signed. Actually, they want to have a legal piece of paper with the details. Any help you can offer would be great.

Simply, write out an agreement stating in simple language who is selling what to whom and for how much. Have everyone sign it and have it notarized.
