Default LLP or LLC or General Partnership?

Hi all of you,
I need some guidance aa I am starting an Investment Club with 15+ members like would it be better to use a LLP or LLC or General Partnership? Should i hire a lawyer for a better deal? Any advice or suggestion out there?
Thankz in advance.

My advice will be to consult with an attorney as the type of organization you choose will depend on all of the specific facts of your particular situation, and an attorney will be able to guide you to the right choice. Then, an "investment club" may be covered by SEC regulation, and you will definitely want some guidance if you need to follow the SEC rules.
