Question Reporting Prvacy Act Violations

Long story short, I go to Parent/Teacher Conference and step out because Teacher is all Babble. Request School Board look into my Kids education plan set up at school. Two days later my supervisor is called by "Teachers Husband" and tries to say I am a threat and need anger management. (My reputation at work speaks volumes and "husband is disregarded). Big thanks to my job and rep. and it stopping there....could of gone easily the other way.
Went to school, talked to principle, neither"Husband or Teacher" contacted her to complain!
The Husband shouldn't know my name, or my daughters name and special education plan. And the Husband shouldn't know where I work. The school knows where I work in case of emergency. This was a vindictive act by teacher/and husband after school board supervisor showed up to look at records on daughter.

This screams violation of privacy. But no one seems to know who to report it to. The school and state attorney office have been no help. Who do you report this type of crime?
