Default i need my money back!

hello people, few months back, I have given a man $2,500 in exchange for stock. but he didnt gave me any stock and claimed that he will send my money in a week. till date i dont have my money with me. plz tell me of how much money can I sue him for, or what is he accountable for?

You can try to sue him, go to small claims court.
If he's a licensed broker, take him to arbitration before the NASD. best of luck!
