i seek your assistance as i want to file for joint legal custody, i have a copy of the parenting time form and i need to file a motion when submitting the form, plz recommend from where do i obtain a copy of this form or how do i go about motioning for joint legal custody?

hi, generally, motions or petitions are done on normal blank paper, ie, there is no form. That motion has to be addressed and presented in a certain way. Then file it correctly.
