Default false info. prejury!

hi all,
dont know why but my attorney deliberately gave false information in court verbally as well as in writing. These untruths affected the outcome of the case. If it can be documented that his statements were false, is this considered perjury? and what is the attorney's punishment?

ok, try to contact the local or state bar association and file a compaint. The complaint may not even be accepted unless you were the injured party.
hope for the best.

Default Ive run into the same problem...

My attorney wont show up, has told me to go to the wrong place for meetings at least 3 times, accepts my checks but NEVER reurns my phone calls, and never shows up in court. Even the judge said she called him three times to no avail . He would not call her back. She of course then refused to even look at my paperwork without being represented by my attorney.

Recently he changed his number, but i continuned to call til i got a nuber, then i left a message. Still no answer

What am i to do???????
He told me i now owe him INTEREST!!!
How on earth can i owe him interest when he wont even represent me???
He even tried to get me to sign something that was false and would have made me lose my house ( my only child support) to my X!

This makes me believe he is on my X 's side .
Please , anyone know what I am to do? I live on a very limited income!!

By the Way, Leslie, if i were you, i would go after your attorney for everything its worth, especially if its on documents. (paper)

First of all, always start a new thread!
Coming to ur query, talk to the local bar association and find some answer from them.
