i am in an ugly divorce right now and ex is trying to ruin me at my job. the higher management told me of not to have any contact with my girlfriend or i ll be fired. They told that they would supeona my phone records.. That can't be legal. is it possible for them to say they can supeona cell phone records when it is my personal phone?

it's not good practice to date someone at work and especiallywhile you are married! Just wait till the divorce is over.
