hi guys,
I am a pro se and wana know the information used in filing a Federal Civil Rule 60 and how to file an appeal? The Magistrate's judgment and order occurred with mistakes because of mistaken information. My claim suggested a First Amendment Right violation. The Defendent never addressed this issue. My attorney never emphasized this matter and nor stated in the Magistrates Memorandum. I didn't know how to label what had happened to me until reading retaliation cases which were similar to mine. my Constitutional rights have been violated in an employment case after my administrator laid me off because of a speech that was a matter of public concern. The Defendant's attorney questioned me in the interrogatory and my deposition. plz help me with your replies and suggestions.
Try to use that rule as a search term to get actual copy of the rules. If it was a magistrate's ruling that you are objecting to, your first move must be with the presiding judge in your case and it is time restricted.
