Default wage garnishment?

Hello Everyone,
My landlord is garnishing my wages, and he just sent a final statement of periodic garnishment as it had expired, but the total has not been met. Now, I received a new writ. So, is it legal to re-issue a new writ once expired?
Please give some feedback.
Thank you so much!

Ofcourse, it is legal to reissue a garnishment if first one expires. The judgment is good for 10 years and on that one judgment, there is an unlimited number of garnishments that can be issued.
