My bike was stolen from an outside parking garage. The building owner told me that I park at my own risk and they are not going to pursue an insurance claim. Does it make sense to bring legal action against the building owner? The building has a security person at the front door and is in the process of installing electric wooden gates for the parking garage. The parking is not open to the public. Any feedback?

Yeah you can unless you gave them took control of your bike, ie, you gave them the keys or you parked in a known secured location.
