recently, I purchased a new home in a homeowners association. we picked out our interior designs with the builders decor center. earlier, I didnt noticed the steep incline of the driveway. and now in winters, even a slight dusting of snow makes both our cars to slide down the driveway. who is responsible for a hazardous condition like this?
