pls advice if joint debts are assigned to ex husband as part of the divorce decree, and then he files bk, will wife be responsible for those debts?

If husband files bankruptcy and includes joint debts and wife, then he will not be held responsible. wife will if her name still remains on the accounts. It may or may not have any bearing on the assets she may receive.
