Is it right that a person cannot get a divorce while bankruptcy proceedings are underway? can the mother get child support from the father who left them while the bankruptcy is in progress?
if there is a property settlement dispute that could hold up a bankruptcy or vice versa. but cs is not dischargeable, it is court-ordered and it must be paid.
