Default bad credit record.

hi, My Fiance and I tried to open a joint checking account, but my bank told him that he could not have an account with them due to bad blemish on his credit. I have spent my life trying to make sure I have excellent credit, and I really don't want to end up inheriting this with the marriage, plz give me some advice!

i think you must contact an attorney to know all the tecnicalities involved. you need to give ur attorney the credit report of your fiance and of yours too. all the best!
