Default claim value?
hi people,
I am aware of the fact that I can file a case in the small claims court against a laundry. But how to determine the value to claim and whether it may only include the depreciated cost of the garment or not?

Simply, get an estimate for the replacement cost and sue for that amount. It will be judge's choice to depreciate the cost for you or not.
