I paid a company money for services the Company had a bonding Ins Co. the Co. I paid the money took my money and went out of business the next month. The bonding Co. states they do not have to pay me anything until I get a judgment on 1st co. but I have no one that can be served due them going out of business. It was a con job. What should i do now? Please help me in someway or other.

Get a lawyer and sue both the defunct company and the bonding company.
