Default to discharge bankruptcy?

Hello all.
I filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and was discharged later but I was not able to discharge state tax liens and student loans.
now I've been having a steady income.
Should I hire a local attorney who specializes in Bankruptcy and Lien laws? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks

if you have any cash in the bank they will lien it now and try to negotiate with them for a monthly payment and also get it in writing.
