Hello friends,
4 years before, a mechanic fixed my auto but the next time i drove it, it did the exact thing before he fixed it. he said go drive it and i will tow you in. Now, i get a bill. I want to know does he still have a right to his money after so long?

The time limit to collect on a liquidated debt is six years, so legally he is entitled to collect, and ofcourse morally as well.
