Hi everyone,
Next week, I had a court date for a cc debt. The lawyers firm representing the plaintiff send me different letters every week and i have to go to the court office to find out what they means. The last want is the plaintiff respectfully waive its appearance and consents to ruling on the papers.
What this mean? They don't want to go to court or what?
Please any advice will be very helpful.

Do respond to any summons because you only have a certain amount of days to that. Do show up for your court dates. Decide if this debt is legitimate, do you owe it, is it or out of SOL, and do you want to settle or fight? This will determine how you proceed with the court case, and answer the summons.
