Default additional charges!

hello all of you,
my brother has a garnishment against his wages and recieved a summons from the attornies for the additional charges as well.
what will be the case if he dont pay the additional charges, will they take him to court and collect additional amount?

no, they don't have to as they already have the judgment. the loser has to pay court costs and attorneys fees for the winner.
