Default filing suit for correct info?

hi friends,
I am suing a contractor in Small claims court who abandond a job w/o getting the work done. The info that I posted was absolutely correct & stated exactly what happened. but now I received a letter from him indicated that my posted info has caused him to lose business. so, he would be filing a suit in a higher court against me. Can he do this?
