My hospital plays over the loud speaker when a baby is born. but, one of the patient was very distraught hearing the lullaby pre-op that she had a miscarriage and was already devastated. the Director of Women's Services responded that no one minds that throughout the hospital. can we legally stop them from causing undue emotional stress to patients who are adversely affected by it? Please advise.
