I recently left my roommate and he has since been posting slanderous articles and bulletins about me on myspace at our shared workplace and on a workplace computer. He has accused me of mistreating and not caring for animals, and also has made false comments about me as homosexual. he is sending this bulletins out to former alumni at my school, co-workers of mine, and other various shared aquantinces. is there any case or not?

If all the comments or posts are really false, you can sue him but it will take years in such cases.
