I manage a band and the band had a manger. The main person in the band started to date and sleep with the manager. Well of coarse things went sidewayand now she is calling his endorcers and telling lies saying he is a drug user (not at all true)and he is losing them as endorcers, the problem is that they wont tell him why they are droping him so he does not have aot of proff of that but she has told him verbally that she is talking to them and always know when someone has let him go. Also, she has sent tons of emails to him threatning him and in several message left on his cell phnoe answering machine she says she is going to get and she is never going to stop. Can anything be done? he does have all the emails he has printed and has the messages saved from his cell phone.
She also without a signed contract or anything in writting paid for some things over the coarse of time she managed him that she choose to pay for
with him telling her he would not be able to pay her back and her saying she has money so it no problem. Now she says shs taking him to court to get her money back can she do that?
Thanks for your help, she just wont leave him alone.
