Hello everyone, I need your suggestion. Actually, as a joke, I did a rough redesign of the company website. Keeping the general feel of the site, I changed the name and added/manipulated content. The 'piece' was not posted or published. I did not share this 'piece' with anyone, but did give a CD copy to the boss whom I consider a friend but he was not happy with this and planning to sue me for Libel. Please advice me if he does have a case?

There will be a libel case, if you made claims about the business that weren't true or if you showed CD to someone outside the company.
