Exclamation wrongly accused at school
is there a charge i can bring apon another student that said i stole thier cell phone but i did not and the cops are involed Because he told the cops that i stole it and sold it to some one else

You just tell him he need to prove his charges or you will sue him in court for pressing wrong charges.
