Default about websites!

Hello guys,
I want to know if I am breaking the law if i make a website about someone calling him a lawyer? Can you record someone with out there permission?

You cannot make a website for a fictitious. You can make the site but if you falsely advertise that the advice is legit than you could face a case, especially if people pay for the advice.
You can record someone for personal use but if you publicly display it on a site and the person asks you to take it down you must do so.
