Default lieing about misscarrage

my teenage daughter became pregnet this summer.the father moved out of state ,fine with me, but his parents now think they have all these rights.the harassment has been so bad my girl has dropped out of school.the boys mom has been to my girls place of employment ,her school,her doctor,her hospital and has sent many nasty emails,as well asmany phone calls.in shortthe women is obsesive.my daughter wants them to have nothing to do with the baby.the boy is not on birth certifict and has not persued his rights.about half way through her pregnacy i lied and told them she miscarried to get them to leave her alone.of course this hasnt helped because she didnt belive me.this haunts me everyday.i know she is still on the hunt.dont know if shell be able to tell the childs been born.the doctor claims because of hepa laws she cant.i just know one day i will have a knock on the door from the sheriff.can a lawyer help me with this nightmare. i lied on the phone as well as email.i would do any thing to protect my daughter and grandchild.but now i dont know how to protect myself.sorry this has been so long.thank you for any help

First of all if your daughter is minor you must had to register your case a long back. Anyway, you can still complain about them if they are still threatening you and your daughter. Better will be to consult with an local attorney as many offer free initial consultation. Good luck!
