Talking Uncertain

Can anyone pls tell me the consequences for using family or freinds names and details for use of getting accounts/subcripstions or just simply lying to the police because you drove unlicenced.

For Example: Your brother lied to police when he was caught unlicenced and used your name as a form of identification. Which resulted u getting a fine in the mail and a court summons...

May i please have a response from a smart person

Lying to an officer on duty is a serious act which can bring good penalties to the offender. Using someone else's identity w/o permission surely is a crime.
