I have a query to ask, if there is a newspaper article written by an individual who references a person w/o actually naming names, but it is obvious to several people in an organization who this person is talking about, What you think, is it still considered lible and or slander? Anyone?

As per the term "implied libel", there has nothing to do with the identity of anyone. It is not necessary to name a person in order to defame him. A third party must reasonably believe the statement was "of and concerning" a particular individual.
