Hi friends,
I am in 40's, books concerts for a living. I was recently sued by a musician that didn't get paid enough claiming the booking agent sexually molested him. I have proof I did not do it, however the lawsuit severely damaged my career. Now it would become impossible for me to continue booking concerts for bands, especially younger bands. Would I be able to sue for defamation of character or libel? Any help is greatly appreciated.
